Yunto Group LLC, doing business as CodeBlu ("CodeBlu," "we," "us," "our") respects the privacy rights of individuals ("you," "your") and is committed to handling Personal Data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how CodeBlu collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores your Personal Data and the rights you have in connection with that data.
This Policy applies to the interactions CodeBlu has with you through the CodeBlu websites, marketing communications, events, and general business operations. When you access or use such services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and understand its contents.

Definitions
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, postal address, phone number, and identification numbers.
"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, or destruction.
"Sensitive Personal Data" means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, health data, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
"Service Provider" or "Subprocessor" means a natural or legal person that processes Personal Data on CodeBlu's behalf under CodeBlu's instructions.
What Personal Data We Collect
CodeBlu may collect and process the following types of Personal Data:

Contact Information. Name, postal address, email address, phone number, professional title, agency affiliation, and similar information you provide when expressing interest in CodeBlu's services or communicating with us.

Account Information. Information collected when individuals create or interact with CodeBlu accounts, including authentication credentials, account preferences, and account activity records.

Transaction Information. Information collected when an agency or organization purchases CodeBlu services, including order information, billing information, and payment-related data.

Communication Information. Information collected when you communicate with CodeBlu, including email content, support inquiries, demonstration requests, and similar communications.

Demographic Information. Information you may voluntarily provide such as professional role, experience level, and general agency information.

Behavioral Information. Information about how you interact with CodeBlu's marketing communications, websites, and content, collected through standard analytics tools and similar technology.

Sensitive Personal Data. CodeBlu does not seek to collect or otherwise process Sensitive Personal Data in the ordinary course of our business. Where it becomes necessary to process Sensitive Personal Data, we rely on prior express consent, where required by law.
How Your Personal Data Is Used
CodeBlu may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and manage our relationship with you;
- To provide demonstrations and information about our services;
- To process transactions and provide customer service for agency customers;
- To improve our products, services, and operations;
- To send communications regarding our services, including administrative updates and, where you have consented or where permitted by law, marketing communications;
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- To enforce our policies, terms, and conditions, or to establish, exercise, and defend legal rights;
- To protect against and prevent security threats, fraud, and other legal or information security risks;
- To protect the rights, privacy, safety, security, and property of CodeBlu, our affiliates, you, and others.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis for processing your Personal Data, CodeBlu relies on the following:
- Contractual necessity to facilitate transactions and provide requested services;
- Consent, where applicable and required by law;
- Legitimate interests, including business operations, customer relationship management, marketing where permitted, fraud prevention, and security;
- Legal obligation, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Information Sharing
CodeBlu Does Not Sell Personal Data
CodeBlu does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise monetize Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, marketing partnerships, data brokerage, or similar commercial purposes. CodeBlu's business model is based exclusively on subscription fees from agency customers; we have no economic incentive to monetize officer or visitor Personal Data through third-party data sales.
How CodeBlu Shares Personal Data
CodeBlu may share Personal Data only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers and Subprocessors. CodeBlu engages categories of third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure, application hosting, data hosting, authentication, communications delivery, artificial intelligence processing, content delivery, and business operations support. CodeBlu requires service providers to handle Personal Data consistent with this Policy and applicable data protection laws, including through written agreements that impose appropriate data protection obligations. A current list of CodeBlu's service providers, along with associated Data Processing Agreements, is available to agency customers and qualified prospective customers under appropriate confidentiality arrangements by contacting privacy@codeblu.co.
Legal Compliance. CodeBlu may disclose Personal Data when required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or in response to duly authorized requests from governmental authorities.
Business Operations. CodeBlu may disclose Personal Data as necessary to investigate and prevent security threats, fraud, or other malicious activity; to enforce and protect the rights and property of CodeBlu and its affiliates; and to protect the personal safety of any individual.
Business Transfers. CodeBlu may disclose Personal Data in connection with the sale, merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, dissolution, or similar transaction involving CodeBlu or its assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
Except as described in this Policy, CodeBlu will not share Personal Data with third parties without your permission.
International Transfers
CodeBlu is headquartered in the United States. Personal Data we collect from you is processed primarily in the United States. Where Personal Data is transferred from regions with different data protection frameworks (such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland), CodeBlu implements appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Data Retention
CodeBlu retains Personal Data only for as long as needed for the specific purpose for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations. Data Security
CodeBlu has established policies, programs, and procedures that are commercially reasonable and consistent with applicable industry practices, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of Personal Data against unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, and other misuse.
CodeBlu's information security program includes specific security requirements for personnel and all subprocessors with access to Personal Data, and CodeBlu maintains a security awareness program to train personnel about their security obligations.

Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
- Access: Request access to and obtain a copy of your Personal Data;
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
- Deletion: Request that we delete your Personal Data, subject to certain exceptions;
- Objection: Object to processing of your Personal Data based on our legitimate interests;
- Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing;
- Portability: Receive a copy of your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format, where applicable.

- The right to delete Personal Information;
- The right to correct Personal Information;
- The right to opt-out of sharing Personal Information for third-party advertising purposes;

CodeBlu does not sell or share Personal Information of California consumers for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Children's Privacy
CodeBlu's services are designed for sworn law enforcement officers and their authorized representatives. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.
Third-Party Sites
The CodeBlu websites may permit links to other websites, and other websites may contain links to CodeBlu websites. Those other websites are not under CodeBlu's control, and CodeBlu is not responsible for their privacy practices.
