For Agencies

Procurement Materials for Decision-Makers

Procurement materials for agency leadership: an evaluation framework, security and privacy reference, RFP question bank, ROI analysis, comparative analysis, and a 90-day rollout guide.

Procurement materials for the people who decide whether and how to deploy CodeBlu: training coordinators, commanders, IT and security staff, and procurement officers. The documents in this set are written to the standard a serious agency evaluator should expect: factual, specific, and candid about what CodeBlu does not yet do.

These materials are for evaluation. They are not contractual commitments unless and until they appear in a signed agreement.

The Documents

The six documents are designed to be read in order, or à la carte by role:

  • Evaluation Framework is a vendor-neutral framework an agency can use to compare any AI-assisted training vendor. It closes with CodeBlu's own assessment against the criteria.
  • Security and Privacy Reference is for IT and information-security staff. It describes architecture, data handling, subprocessor categories, and the compliance position.
  • Common RFP Questions with CodeBlu's Answers is a ready-made question bank for an RFP or vendor questionnaire, with CodeBlu's answers.
  • ROI Calculator is a quantitative framework for estimating the return on a de-escalation training investment, with worked examples.
  • Comparative Analysis sets voice-based AI practice against the established methods of de-escalation training and shows where each belongs.
  • Implementation Guide is a 90-day pilot-to-production playbook for a training coordinator deploying CodeBlu.

A Note on Subprocessors and Methodology Sources

The security reference and the RFP question set describe CodeBlu's technical subprocessors by function (managed application-hosting platform, managed database platform, conversational voice AI provider, large language model provider, and so on) rather than by name. The same applies to the methodology bibliography. The named, current list of each is available to evaluating agencies under NDA on request to privacy@codeblu.co and is attached to the agency contract.
